Our Commitment

Lumo & Co, operated by Elevate LLC, does not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary compensation. However, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), certain sharing of data with advertising and analytics partners may qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the broad definitions of these laws.

Opt Out of Cookies and Tracking

Authorized Agents

California residents may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on their behalf. To use an authorized agent, please provide written authorization signed by you, or a valid power of attorney. We may still contact you directly to verify your identity before processing the request.

Complaints

California residents may file a complaint with the California Privacy Protection Agency (CPPA) at cppa.ca.gov or the California Attorney General's Office at oag.ca.gov/privacy.

Canadian residents may file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at www.priv.gc.ca.
